  • Can I trade in the market after hours?
    Yes. You can resume trading at 5 pm EST up until 4 pm EST the next trading day. The market is not open on weekends.
  • What time does the market open/close?
    9:30 am EST to 4 pm EST
  • What type of computer should I start off with as a beginner?
    For a beginner trader, a basic laptop with the following specifications should suffice: 1. Processor: Intel Core i5 or i7 or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 2. RAM: 8GB or more 3. Storage: 256GB or more SSD 4. Graphics: Integrated Intel HD Graphics or AMD Radeon Graphics 5. Display: 14 inches or larger with a resolution of at least 1920 x 1080 6. Battery Life: 6-8 hours or more 7. Operating System: Windows 10 Some good options to consider are the Lenovo IdeaPad 5, HP Pavilion x360, Acer Aspire 5, Dell Inspiron 15 3000. It is recommended to choose a laptop with a comfortable keyboard and a reliable mouse for ease of use during trading sessions. Additionally, it's important to ensure that the laptop has a good Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity for uninterrupted internet connectivity.
  • Can I use my Mac book or any Apple product to complete this training or to trade with Atlas?
    No. You will need a computer with a windows operating system to be able to successfully trade with Ninjatrader Desktop Platform. The online version of Ninjatrader is for Tradovate and we have a course coming out soon for your convenience.
  • How much capital should I start off with if I AM NOT using Apex to fund my account?
    $2,000 Minimum
  • I am interested in trading with Atlas, What do I need to get started?
    All you'll need to do is go to www.Amplicore.org and fill out the Atlas Cloud Nonprofit Form. You will receive an email with the next steps.
  • If I elect to skip onboarding, would I need to pass the exam?
    Yes! You have 2 chances to pass the exam. If you can not pass the exam by the third attempt, you will need take a refresher course. Then, you will get another opportunity to pass the exam.
  • When does Atlas start his Live Zoom sessions?
    He sends out the Zoom link at 9:15 am EST Tuesday - Friday on trading days. Mondays will be sent via text in Discord.
  • What is your Refund policy?
    There are NO refunds for educational content. We understand that life happens and there are things outside of our control. If you cannot attend the course, for whatever reason, you will have to pay for another one or purchase an individual session. All payments are FINAL.
  • Why do I need the Futures Onboarding Course?
    If you are looking to attend the 2 week free trial with Atlas, you have to attend the Onboarding. Also, this onboarding prepares you for Atlas's trading style, as well as the trading fundamentals. Everyone should definitely take this course. Atlas created this course to make sure all of your setup questions would be answered before you enter the live trading session with him.
  • What is the purpose of Onboarding?
    The primary objective of onboarding offered by Atlas is twofold: firstly, to offer reassurance regarding the legitimacy and credibility of his services, and secondly, to assist prospective clients, such as yourself, in making a well-informed decision concerning its suitability. Additionally, onboarding aims to provide valuable insights into how trading aligns with your day-to-day activities.
  • Can I skip the Onboarding to join Atlas Discord Group?
    Technically, Yes! But do not enter into the chats or Live Zoom sessions expecting people to help you get set up or to help you understand what's going on. That's what the Futures onboarding is for and you risk being removed from the group with no refund if you make it a habit to ask questions about setup. Previous trader or not, everyone is required to go through the onboarding to prevent these issues from occurring.
  • Can I use my cell phone to trade with NinjaTrader?
    No. The NinjaTrader platform can only be install on your computers.
  • I don't want to purchase a new computer. What are my options?
    You can take the Tradovate online course that will be offered soon.
  • If I am providing my own capital to trade with, would I need to fund my account before onboarding.
    Yes and No. Techinally, you don't need to fund your account before onboarding. But you should make sure you have funds in your account before you enter the live market with Atlas. During onboarding, you will be practicing in your simulated accounts.
  • Do I need to provide my ID before Onboarding?
    Yes! Send a copy of your nonexpired government ID. You are more than welcome to mark out additional information on your ID. All we need to see is your Name, Photo, and Expiration date!
  • What if I can't pass my Futures Onboarding Exam?
    You have Unlimited attempts to pass the exam before Monday at 12 pm EST. If you are not feeling comfortable after the 3rd attempt, you can schedule a refresher session to iron out the kinks. If you are not able to schedule the refresher session for extra assistance or sign up for the next onboarding session, you won't be able to join the trial with Atlas.
  • Can I just "cheat" or get the answers from my friend so that I join the group?
    Will your friend/family member be responsible for your failures in the markets? Will your friend/family member be able to assist you when they have to focus on their own accounts? Will everyone wonder how you passed your exam asking the same questions that were on the exam? Absolutely! Will we wonder what you were doing when we went over your question in class? Absolutely! The answer to your question, the exam is opened book to put you in the position to be able to find the answers to your question should one arise when you are in the live trading session with Atlas. You can do whatever you want but you are only hurting yourself in the long run if you choose to cheat.
  • How long do I have access to the online course material?
    5 Days. There are 5 modules. The online course acts as a regular live session but you can go back to previous modules to review the material as often as you'd like!
  • I purchased the online class and I am stuck in a module.
    If you do not play the videos out all the way through or you are skipping sections of the video, the module will not allow you to continue on the next module.
  • How long is the live trading course?
    The Future Onboarding is 5 days long. Each session is roughly 2 hours depending on the number of people attending the session.
  • Do I need to have anything downloaded before the session starts?
    No. We go over how to set up your system in both the live session and the online course. We also show you how to purchase your Apex or funded accounts in the session!
  • What time the does the course start?
    There is a live Zoom session held every 3 weeks. There is an afternoon session at 12 pm EST & an evening session at 7 pm EST.
  • What time are the live zooms session?
    For the 12pm slot, 12pm -2pm Monday - Friday For the 7pm slot, 7pm - 9pm Monday -Friday
  • What is the difference between the online course and the live session?
    The online course is a self paced course that is 5 days long. You have access to the same material as the live course but each day, you will unlock a new module, unveiling essential concepts and practical steps that you can implement right away. You are able to go back and review the previous module at your on time. The live session is held in a Zoom session with other participants. It is a 5 days session about 2 hours each day. One session is held at 12 pm EST, the other session is held 7 pm EST.
  • How many Apex accounts do I need to get started?
    You can start off with one. But its best to start off with five if it's in your budget. You can purchase a maximum of 20 Apex accounts.
  • If I dont pass my Evaluation account before the trial ends, will I be charged the monthly subscription fee for Atlas?
    Yes! If you do not wish to continue, email us to have your account cancelled.
  • Do I need to purchase my Apex account before Onboarding?
    No. You can purchase your Apex account whenever you are ready. You do not need the Apex account for onboarding. You can practice with your simulated trading account provided by NinjaTrader. The only issue you will have is not being able to configure the Apex credentials to the NinjaTrader platform.
  • What is the 90% 80% 50% discount code for Apex?
    Apex discount code is: AMPLICORE *It is not case sensitive* Whatever discount code Apex offer for that set time period, AMPLICORE will always change to the highest discount code. It will show on your checkout page. If there are no discounts AMPLICORE code will automatically be 50% off until Apex offers a higher discount code.
  • If I made extra money in my evaluation account with Apex, will it roll over to my PA account?
    No it will not roll over to your PA. Once you make your goal in your evaluation account and you have met your Apex requirements you will get a brand new Apex account with your Trailing threshold set as a buffer for your account.
